I'm a manager in a medium-sized store that provides excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices. Some of the situations might be hard to believe, but people can really be that unreasonable, stupid, inconsiderate, cheap, self-centered . . . ! This is a record of actual events.
