Who am I?
I'm a manager in a medium-sized store that provides excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices. Some of the situations might be hard to believe, but people can really be that unreasonable, stupid, inconsiderate, cheap, self-centered . . . ! This is a record of actual events.

This person obviously lacks a sense of humor. Sheesh! Great blog by the way...
I think that person's comments are probably meant to refute the idea that "the majority is always sane". Which would make more sense if you even mentioned the word sane/sanity in the post :)
However, I have heard insanity defined as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Because the comment is posted twice, you could draw certain conclusions about the commenter's sanity.
that person probably does work in a card shop. haha.
