No homework for me!
I'm at a training conference. My boss gave me notes to review to "help" me with the training. Tonight's homework assignment? Her notes, nearly word for word. Guess who's going out on the (small) town tonight?
Who am I?
I'm a manager in a medium-sized store that provides excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices. Some of the situations might be hard to believe, but people can really be that unreasonable, stupid, inconsiderate, cheap, self-centered . . . ! This is a record of actual events.
